One of the most frequently used niches by beginning web infopreneurs is that of public domain works.  This includes all types of media that are no longer under copyright and have passed into the public domain.  That means that you, I, or anyone else can freely use them as if they were our own works.  It is not an easy niche to master but can be a very profitable one.
